Views are great. The winter night was a little dark but looking forward to going again in the summer when the big sliding doors behind the bar open up. Food could use a little work. Some dishes were close to spot on, others were too large of portions or too much flavor for the portion. Melon margarita was great. The prickly pear drink was eh… needs some fine tuning. The table we sat at felt adequate for breakfast but too small for dinner. Plus the chairs felt too low to the ground where we sat. Overall this restaurant has great potential with its location and interesting wood fire cooking element. I understand it’s new and all restaurants go through growing pains at the beginning so I’m excited to come back in 6 months to see how things have evolved.

My sister and I went for a late dinner. This place was gorgeous! Great ambiance, lovely, knowledgeable waitress and great drinks! The food was good too! The only thing I would say is we ordered steak medium well and it came out a bit undercooked. We were so hungry that we went ahead with most of it except for the centerpieces that were just too undercooked for us to eat. When our waitress came over to check on us, we told her about it… She assured us that it could be cooked longer, but since we only had a few pieces left, we did not take the offer. However, we did order dessert and she ended up comping us the dessert to our surprise! Overall, this was a very good experience and a beautiful place! Although it was too cold to sit out on the rooftop patio… they encouraged us to walk out and take a tour… It was breathtaking! Make your reservation ☺️

The food was absolutely stellar! As this was their first prix fixe menu offering on New Year’s Eve, perhaps the staff was a bit flummoxed. But they were polite, and it was an incredible experience overall.

Stellar Jay was truly stellar. They delivered on Ambiance, food, views were perfect. We had a prefixed 4 course meal for NYE and everything had such great flavor! Such a great new rooftop/restaurant/hotel to have in Denver!

This was a New Year’s Eve pre-fixed menu, 4-course dinner. Every course was unique, delicious and appropriately portioned. Wonderful service on top of a great dining experience.

Overall very nice but menu was very limited and highly overpriced. We shared everything which was a good idea but be forewarned that everything is a la carte.

Excellent experience. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The menu is a bit limited but we easily found dishes that we loved. Highly recommend the pork collar dish as well as the mushroom tempura appetizer.

Amazing dinner at this gorgeous restaurant! Views are to die for especially with the holiday lights. Quail, trout and bison skewers were all wonderful. Service very attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

The food was wonderful. We had bad service which was unfortunate because the rest of the experience was really nice. I think our experience was personal to our server and not indicative of the rest of the staff.
