Stella represents an expression of artistry across the mediums of cuisine, art, and design. Italian for ‘star’, Stella is inspired by the traditions of the traveling hearth of the coastal and pastoral communities of Southern, Central, and Northern Italy, enriched with local, seasonal California ingredients.

A creative collaboration between restaurateur, Janet Zuccarini, and Executive Chef Rob Gentile, Stella brings modern twists on age-old Italian culinary traditions to West Hollywood.

Inspired by 1950s Italy and created by award-winning designer Wendy Haworth, the restaurant features bold architectural details, rich woods, and vintage-inspired furniture. The multi-level restaurant is complete with private dining rooms and an intimate terrace.

With an emphasis on unique dining experiences at every turn, Stella offers a refreshing take on time-honored Italian recipes, where the quality of ingredients takes center stage.

Food was mediocre, service was terrible. Food was dropped off without any explanation about what dish was being served or who’s dish it was. We had to get the manager to explain to us what dish was served. Our server was on his Apple Watch. Would not return.

Amazing server Marie. Delicious food and Graham was a gem making sure we were well taken care of.

Table by the toilet. So could have been anywhere else you wouldn’t know you are at Stella. Disappointed. Food is very good but on the pricier side. Drinks were ridiculous. Very very small pours and outrageously expensive. Overall it’s a place that I would want to go back to to really experience the main dining room. Otherwise this particular experience was not great for me or the people I was with.

Great food and great service. Cucumber melon salad and garlic knots to start, both very good. We spilt the orecchiette pesto pasta and another with red sauce both also very good. We finished with the porchetta pizza. Service and food were both great we appreciated everyone that came to the table.

This restaurant always makes me so happy! I always get greeted so warmly when I arrive. The Hostess's are all so sweet and the Managers so warm & inviting. Last night we had Graham as our waiter who is a newer member to the team but he is just an absolute DELIGHT! If he was always my waiter, I would be so happy! We made all the right decisions with regards to food. Everything was 10/10: Burrata is the best Burrata I've ever had in life and I've been to Italy like 5 times. We carbonara Pizza was phenomenal and full of flavor - great texture! The Pasta from the small town in Sardinia that is made on glass is out of this world! The Iberico eats like a steak and is so juicy, so tender and very unique for LA. Tiramisu is always a winner. Love everything about Stella WeHo!!!!
