The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

Wow, how delicious! My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary last night, and we were incredibly satisfied with our experience. The ambiance was really relaxing (we were seated by the window) and enjoyable. The cocktails we drank were very unique and delicious. The food was particularly wonderful. I had duck breast and my boyfriend had pork collar, and we couldn't stop raving over how tasty it was. The duck breast was cooked medium rare and it was perfect. The spices and side dish pairings were excellent for the season and flavors of the duck. We were surprised with some ice cream at the end for our anniversary celebration (compliments of the chef), and this cinnamon bourbon ice cream was to die for! So creamy and rich. We have already established that we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Honestly our dining experience was mediocre at best. The restaurant felt outdated compared to the others in the area. Menu was not impressive and one of our entrees was so small we felt jipped spending $40 on it. A pro for this place is definitely the staff. Everyone was very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, I do not see us returning here.

Excellent meal and service. A lot of variety on the menu and the food is fresh with wonderful flavor profiles. Very nice outdoor seating with excellent views. Ambiance is lively and upbeat.

We had another fabulous dinner with an absolutely stunning view of the river at our favorite waterfront restaurant in New Hope, Stella's. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you had reserved a window table for the four of us to enjoy this amazing dinner. We always look forward to ordering the bread basket with a great/very tasty variety of breads. The Burrata pear salad, Apple salad and the Beef tartar appetizers were plated so beautifully and were extremely delicious. Our entrées, the Salmon, Scallops & Dorado were a wonderful blend of flavors and were awesome. The best of all was our favorite dessert, the Brownie sundae which was the perfect ending to a "phenomenal" dinner. What really made our evening fun was our "phenomenal" server Erin. It was so nice to see her again, she certainly remembered us. She was super attentive, described the various items on the menu so perfectly that it really helped us make our choices and she made the evening extremely fun and memorable for us. Thank you Erin !!!!

Absolutely lovely experience. Beautiful fall afternoon, lucky enough to be seated on the deck overlooking the river. Food was delicious. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Service was excellent!! Beautiful restaurant. Sexy vibe. Appetizers lacked a little seasoning. The entrees were really good. Would go back.
