The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

Stella is a literal star in culinary experiences. Henry, our server, started us off with a friendly and informative explanation of the menu. The bread player was a unique and welcome variation to a typical breadbasket. The Iberico pork was sweet and tender. Don't miss the berry pavlova, a work of art.

Second time at Stella and was really fantastic. Started with their bread plate which had some great cornbread! On to the appys and our favorite which was the fresh buratta with pears, walnuts and figs! Main course of roasted chicken over black forbidden rice with corn was outstanding! Our server Brendan was great. We highly recommend!

Charming space, if a bit ambitious with the number of tables they're trying to squeeze in. The food was fabulous and beautifully presented. They do that annoying thing where they explain what a restaurant is to you when you first sit down, but after that the service was lovely. Be forewarned about the preposterous yet effectively compulsory "valet parking" in which they have blocked off all the parking spots on the building's perfectly adequate parking lot and charge you $30 to move a cone and park you car for you in a spot that is ten feet away. Get a new racket, folks, that's embarrassing.

Location: gorgeous and service is top notch. But I was disappointed by the food and the uneven quality about it. We had a burrata salad as a starter, a buttermilk biscuit with fried chicken where the biscuit was dried and hard and a spectacular honey cheesecake, dessert, which was deconstructed and sublime. Chef Garces is known for his spectacular combination of flavors. I think the entrées need a reboot.

Stella was fantastic. Food was fresh and our waiter was present but not intrusive. Ambience was romantic and quiet. A must book in New Hope.

We had very attentive service, which was nice! We shared the breads & spreads and the Wagyu app to start. We both also ordered our own tagliatelle entrees. We had quite a bit of leftovers. The breads & spreads was far too much for 2 people. The cornbread & the sea salted herbed butter was delicious though!

Loved my craft cocktail. Loved creative menu choices—food we’ve never eaten before and we are foodies. Substantial portions—every table left with bags. Yum!

We were out with longtime friends and we had been there before but they had not. Most pf us were happy with our food, but one entree was a disappointment; the ribeye. It was extremely fatty and the accompanying potatoes were not good. This meal was taken off the bill, but still a disappointment.
