This was our first time to Asbury Park and wanted a nice Italian meal. We had reservations and were seated right away. Food was great. Our waiter never told us his name but one thing is for sure - he needs glasses. When he delivered our bill - told us to check it because he can't see it and then when he returns with what our credit card was charged - admits he charged the wrong check to our credit card and charged the correct one but it would take 24 hours for the credit from the erroneous charge to be returned to our credit card. My husband and I are in a position where that 24 hour hold on our money isn't critical but I can't help but think of other folks not as fortunate. There was no apology for the error or even maybe a free desert or drink for the inconvenience. Most likely won't be back.

We ordered the linguini with clams. I’ve had better and warmer with lots more sauce. Good amounts of clams but wasn’t up to my expectations My friend ordered veal special and was happy with food and lemon drop drinks. If I return I rather do pizza or sandwich not an entree Service waiter was great and attentive

Our meal was great and our service was wonderful. Our server’s name was Vinny he could not have been more attentive, personable and great at his job !!

Sat us upstairs which was great as the noise level was low enough to talk with one another. All good was delicious, filets were cooked to correct temps, fish dishes were great and our waiter was on fantastic!

Terrible experience. This place used to be much better. Way over priced for just ok food, service was lacking, food was sub-par, music was not appropriate for dinner…just everything was off. Disappointing.

The food was delicious. The drinks were average. The service was good. We shared the arugula salad, and both had fish for dinner--salmon and halibut. Both cooked well and tasted great. We had margaritas and clearly were some sort of mix with a splash of fountain soda. We had espresso and canollis for desert. Both were very good. The ambiance was average but acceptable. We would go back again. I would rate the overall experience 3-1/2 to 4 stars.
