We had a reservation for 8, got seated within 5 minutes. Our server Orlando was great, everyone got different meals and everyone enjoyed their choices. We sat upstairs outside overlooking the beach. Will definitely be back.

The food was delicious. But the restaurant was crowded and the service was slow for drinks and appetizers. I guess they didn’t have enough help. Our waitress was pleasant and very nice

The food is average at best. You are paying to dine on the boardwalk, I totally get it.

Good spot right by the water in Asbury Park. Decent food, just a little overpriced for the value. Our waiter was great we just had ordered a pizza which was forgotten about so that’s the only thing we can say. Other than that, nice spot!

Hi, I would overall give this restaurant experience a 4/5 - my 3 stars in the "service" category refers only to my check in process that was a complete mess. I made an open table reservation for 6 under my name, arrived at the hostess stand 5 minutes early and checked in. We were then taken to our table for the start of our reservation at 8pm. I then get a call on my cell at 8:30pm from the restaurant asking if I plan on attending my reservation....I let them know i am quite literally sitting at the table and have already ordered food and drinks. The next day, I get an email from open table saying I was marked as having missed my reservation and would I like to dispute it so I don't look like someone who makes and skips reservations or god forbid, gets charged. I then had to submit an entire synopsis of events to prove I did in fact dine at the restaurant. I do not understand how the initial check in was missed and THEN STILL was not checked in after calling me in the middle of my meal. Besides that ordeal, the food was excellent, the espresso martini was mid, and the waitstaff was great. Just wish I had a smoother experience that wasn't so disruptive. I would overall recommend just for the food quality alone.

Our server really was the best. I always have great experience with the team at Stella Marina. Eating on the boardwalk, looking out over the beach, drinking spritzes and eating seafood salad. Perfect day.
