We have gone here many times and never had a problem we had a 7:45 reservation and we got there at 7:35 and were told there were no indoor tables at the moment and I said how long is wait til an inside table available and they said at least an hour and I said I have a reservation and they said oh well that’s all we have. I found the hostess staff to be rude and uncaring so we sat outside on rooftop and it was freezing up there and no one seemed to care we even said something and they just disregarded anything we said. It will be a long time before we go back there because the hostess staff set a terrible mood for the rest of our dinner time. It was our worst experience ever It seems their comfort for their guests really does not matter. I guess customer service means nothing to them. Retrain your hostesses that being nice to customers goes a long way. If you don’t you will be losing more customers due to rudeness. People were leaving it was so cold. Get the heaters up there for your customers comfort show you care. On the other hand our waiter was exceptional and made sure our food was served as we liked it and was very very nice guy.

We had dinner at Stella Marina . We sat upstairs and had a lovely evening. As always, the food was delicious and presented very nicely. We had the fig and goat cheese pizza as an appetizer and it was great it had a thin crust and they were generous with the fig halves on the pizza. We each had a fish entree and they were both nicely prepared and very tasty; both the salmon and the swordfish. It was a bit noisy, but it’s a busy restaurant, so that was not a bother. We will be returning soon.

We had to send back 3 drinks. One was so bad I couldn’t even drink it. The other two should have a sugar rim and they put salt. The table was broken. I’ve been a patron for a long time and it def has gone down hill

Food was delicious but the service was terrible. We went for Fathers Day and our waiter came out with meals for everyone except dad. He had to re-enter his order and his food arrived 15 minutes later. Never asked if we wanted drinks after the first order and we had to walk up to him at the bar where he was eating his own dinner to ask for drinks. Great food but not worth the hassle.

We went out w my parents for a late Mother’s Day/early Father’s Day dinner and had a great experience. The service was impeccable and drinks were good though strong. Highly suggest the peach drop daly! We started with calamari which included fried lemons which was delicious then all our entrees were amazing. The pasta is homemade and just as good as we made in Rome! Finished off w the yummy tartufo fir dessert that had a dolup of cannoli cream in the middle of plate. We sat upstairs which was nice by a window. Highly recommend!!!
