It was ok. Sunday night and there were not many people. Typical Italian menu.

They couldn’t find our reservation on open table. Bread was good, lobster ravioli good (though not much meat), scallops were good as well. The braised beef was ok, but tasted more like sausage. For the price, a salad should be included. $150 for 4 people no alcohol is a little pricey for nothing spectacular. Food very slow to come out. Specials menu list no prices?

We were visiting Wesleyan and needed a place to eat dinner. I randomly selected Stella D'oro from Open Table. It was exactly what I was looking for. Good food, attentive service, reasonably priced. I'm glad I chose it.

This is by far our favorite local restaurant. Food and service are always great and after about 8 visits, still not a single complaint.

Server was excellent. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Salads and apps were far better than the mains.

Our waitress was lovely and answered all of our questions. Food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, but honestly didn’t mind as it was nice not to be rushed out of a restaurant. The waitress even brought my husband an extra beer as a courtesy. We will definitely be back when we are in Middletown.

We had a fantastic dinner at Stella D'Oro! Our waiter was attentive, provided excellent service, and was very personable. The food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely go back again soon. Wish I'd discovered them sooner. Thank you.
