Average food. Untidy outdoor dining area. Good server. Would not return. Many better places to eat in Hot Springs.

Our experience started off amazing! Our waiter was great! The service was a little slow but I think it was comparable to other nice restaurants. Here’s where things went south. If you have ANY food allergies, please make sure you ask about all ingredients. I grew up with a fluent speaking German grandmother, so I am not new to German food. I’ve also traveled to Germany and eaten at other Bavarian restaurants in the US. I have never had any issues with any German food. I am extremely allergic to pineapple. Their sauerkraut has pineapple in it. This is not listed on the menu at all. The waiters did not ask about food allergies and swore it is traditional Bavarian sauerkraut. Once I realized I had ingested pineapple, I immediately left to go get medication. They remade the meal to send with my group since I had to leave in a hurry, however I had to abandon my family, friends, and other things we had ordered. The manager never came to check on me or my table. The food was amazing otherwise and I am so sad this was how my meal and evening ended.

Service was outstanding. Food was plentiful and very good. Love the pet friendly atmosphere they even brought the pup water. Will definitely go back.

Everything was fantastic! The food was superb! Jay, our waiter, was great! I cannot recommend this place more. It was a perfect anniversary dinner and we will definitely go back!

The staff here was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the live dining music. Try the beer flights, you won't be disappointed.

Being that it was Valentine’s Day we ordered the specials. The chicken dish was cooked to perfection. My husband’s Diablo Shrimp was amazing. We ordered the sauerkraut cakes from the appetizers - delicious. The restaurant wasn’t noisy, it was well lit enough to see the menu (which is important to us). The wait staff were attentive and helpful. It was quite an enjoyable experience.
