Stefani Prime (Italian) brings Chicago dining; experience to Lincolnwood in a modern and comfortable environment. It offers prime cuts, the freshest seafood, signature Italian dishes and more. More than just a steakhouse, the name Stefani Prime is a nod to offering the best of everything from premium fare to top notch service. Stefani Prime is a collaborative effort between famed restaurateur Phil Stefani, wife Karen (owner of Inspired Catering & Events), and their children Gina and Anthony, the next generation of the Stefani restaurant group.

Our full experience was great, as always. Valet, coat check, wonderful round table for conversation, and SUPERB service from Matt for a lovely dinner and celebration. Great drinks, perfect pacing, phenomenal food - could not ask for more. We LOVE Stefani Prime!

Chicken parmigiana was excellent. Filet was very good . Onion rings were the best. Pasta was good. Our service could have been better since the server wasn’t around as much as he should have been. I did say I wanted my chicken parm crispy on the cheese but he didn’t bother to write it down and when served it went back to the kitchen.

The food was pretty good. We started with the king crab and avocado appetizer then I had whitefish - both were good. I would have given a better rating - but our waitress was not good. She had very long lapses of absences and when she did come to our table she was 1. Hard to hear 2. Shared inappropriate information about herself and didn’t answer questions our table asked her. Some examples are: when I asked about the best desserts she said - I don’t know- I’m diabetic, she kept complaining about being given other large tables, she stayed at our table too long just gabbing instead of staying focused and efficient with her time. She was slow and annoying. It definitely made the meal not as pleasant as it could have been.

There is a reason Stefani Prime is our go-to restaurant in the neighborhood. The food is top-notch and management always ensures that their guests are taken care of in a way that will keep them coming back. For this visit, we brought three of our friends who were newbies to the restaurant and created three new fans who enjoyed the top-tier wine list and the breadth of the menu. Our table enjoyed the Raviolacci, Wine-infused Fettuccini, Seared Ahi, Branzino, Filet and Ribeye and every dish received top marks. The refreshed menu largely was a big hit, with the exception of the grilled octopus appetizer which is just not as good as it used to be. Dessert was delectable as always, with a refreshing Bindi sorbet and white chocolate cake serving as the perfect ending to another fantastic meal. Thanks, as always, to the entire staff for all you do to make dining special.

I ordered a filet it was the worst filet I ever had. My son is an executive chef so I know how it is suppose to be. It was so bad I could hardly chew it, there was a lot of grain in it it had hardly any flavor. It was a bad piece of meat. My boyfriend had chicken vesuvio, he said his was good. The appetizer we had was sausage and peppers was good. My gelato was slightly freezer burned, the cake was good. Our server Tim was fantastic! Pati
