    Had an 830 dinner reservation for Valentine’s Day. Got to the restaurant only to find the parking lot empty and a sign at the door staring they were closed for a private event. Not even worth the one star you have to give. Their disregard for their customers ruined our evening since all other places were booked. They also ruined the evening of all the others we witnessed pulling in the parking lot to the same disappointment.

    They accepted our reservation for Valentines Day. Upon showing up, we were shocked to learn they were closed along many other vehicles arriving, that's so devastating

    The experience sucked because there was NO EXPERIENCE!! Had Valentine’s Day reservations, showed up and the place was closed. Several other people drove up and experienced the same issue. WTF! Thanks for ruining the night!

    We went to the Steakhouse89. The restuarant was a ghost. The customer or worker were not there. The door was open. We all were puzzle. The light was off but the patio s light was on. It's werid.weird.. We wish they should have communication to let customer know the restuarant isn't open. Hope we ll come back to the restaurant when we are in Sedona, AZ again.

    Made reservations for Valentine's Day about January 17. Confirmed reservation on February 13. Arrived at restaurant on Feb. 14 and it was closed with a signing reading "closed for private party". However, the doors were locked and no lights were on. It was obviously too late to get another reservation at another restaurant for Valentine's Dahy. You cannot rely on internet reservations, you must confirm by telephone at this. It appears that management cares nothing about its potential customers.

    They stiffed everyone with a Valentine’s Day reservation for a “private party.” Confirmed reservation the day before on OT. Pulled in to empty parking lot and closed restaurant. No one there but a sign saying closed for private party. A couple of other people with reservations showed up. No class. Wouldn’t trust them to take out the trash.

    Made reservations for Valentine’s Day birthday dinner @ 5pm way in advance. Showed up and the place was closed for a private event. Multiple people were in the parking lot and the doors were locked. No lights were on and no one was observed inside the restaurant. No notice was given to cancel the reservation. Super inconsiderate on the hardest night of the year to get a dinner reservation. Zero stars! Never go here! Who does that to their customers? What else would they do to your food?

    There were about six cars waiting to go inside for our 5 o’clock Valentine’s Day reservations. And the restaurant was closed without letting anybody know it was a terrible experience and very disappointing as we made reservation three weeks ago and it being a holiday there was no other place to eat in town.

    I had made one reservation for Valentine’s Day (30 days in advance)and it was at Steakhouse89. I also got an email to confirm the reservation a day before. We were looking forward to it and when we arrived at 4:00 we found a sign that said you were closed for a private party. There were several other cars outside and we left at 4:20 as there was no one inside. Very disappointed until we eventually got in at The Hudson at 5:30 and had a wonderful meal. I reached out Steakhouse89 prior to leaving this review but never heard back.

    I booked this reservation over a week in advance. Not only was it a reservation for Valentine's Day but it also happens to be my wife's birthday on the same day. We arrived to the restaurant and the doors were locked with a parking lot full of angry customers that also had reservations for the holiday. The restaurant provided no explanation and since that day will still not answer the phone. Due to the fact that it was Valentine's Day there were no available reservations anywhere else on short notice and it ruined my wife's birthday and holiday. We had eaten there in the past several times and it was always very inconsistent and she had been asking to try again for the past six months since it was "under new management". Incredibly disappointing and we regret attempting to give them another chance.
