Our server was outstanding! He walked us through the menu and the specials and made our dinner memorable his name is Mark Rogers. The was on point and my wife claims her steak was the best she had in her life! That was a big statement as we have been fortunate to visit some other well known steak houses in the country. We can’t wait to go visit again! Thank you for a delicious meal.

Couples date night with friends from out of town. The food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. The waiter was knowledgeable, the manager Brandon came to our table to check in on our service and the valet was fast. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Exceptional meal. My husband ordered 8 oz. filet. It was medium-well to perfection. The hasselback potato with a side of sour cream was scrumptious. I also ordered the califlower side. I like it very chargrilled. The Manager on shift last night ensured it was exactly so. Kudos all around. And the bar staff. Par excellence.

Steak 48 never disappoints! I'm very particular about my steaks, and it's surprising how often steakhouses overcook them. Seriously, how hard can it be to serve a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak? LOL. But beyond the amazing food, their customer service is top-notch, making the whole dining experience exceptional.

We made a reservation at Steak 48 through OpenTable, and on the day of the event, they called to confirm our 6:00 PM reservation. I asked if we could move it to 6:30 PM, and they agreed, as driving from Katy takes time. However, while we were on our way, they called at 6:32 PM and sent a message canceling our reservation due to a "no-show." We arrived at 6:40 PM, and they nearly refused to seat us. The hostess at the front desk was incredibly rude, showing a complete lack of respect while speaking to four gentlemen old enough to be her father. The waitress was fine, though she spoke too fast, and while her service was decent, my second hot plate arrived without utensils for her to properly serve the food. The busboy, on the other hand, was the hardest worker in the place, always smiling and moving non-stop. As if the poor service wasn't enough, the food was disappointing. The steaks were way too salty, and the fries were burned. Even though the manager on duty came to apologize for the receptionist’s behavior, the experience was already ruined. For a meal that cost over $800, this was far from worth it. Next time, I’ll choose a better place that provides better food and knows how to treat its customers with respect.
