Last night we celebrated our Anniversary here. Nothing was short of AMAZING! Tucked away in the heart of downtown, Steak 48 is a true gem that exceeded all my expectations during our recent visit. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. Service: The service was impeccable. Our server Yazmin was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about the dishes. She took the time to recommend pairings and shared interesting notes about the ingredients and preparation. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy our food on our special night. Food: Now, let’s talk about the food—the star of the evening! For the main course, I opted for the bone in ribeye with scallops, which melted in my mouth. Each scallop was tender and caramelized beautifully. My dining husband chose the 22 oz bone in ribeye, was cooked to perfection, accompanied by brussel sprouts that were crisp and vibrant. We couldn’t resist dessert and shared the ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake. It was heavenly—rich, warm, and oozing with caramel sauce, served alongside a scoop of vanilla gelato. Not to mention they sent us home with 2 gifts! Such a special night we will never forget! Thank you to the team at Steak 48!

We had a booking for Sunday @ 8.30pm, arrived early so took a cocktail at the bar, service was very polite and friendly, prompted to the table at 8.30pm. Our server was very friendly and the food quality and taste was amazing, however we felt rushed as each course came as we took the last bite of the prior one meaning we had a 3 course meal drinks and wine in 1 hour 20min, so meant the $300 per head meal didn’t feel great value.

My wife & I attended Stake 48 to celebrate our 11 yr wedding anniversary. We have dined at Stake 48 before. Everything was great as usual. One complaint would be our side dish au gratin potatoes were over cooked & hard. But overall experience was great.

The food and service are excellent. I appreciate the notations on this the menu for gluten free items. My husband liked the personal touch of a hand signed birthday card! Hector was an excellent server. We can’t wait to return!

Expensive but it’s more than worth it. They crafted an amazing date night experience and the food was incredible.

Excellent. I have been to both Charlotte and Chicago locations. Both are equally exceptional. Ask for the Binet Tree for dessert.
