At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     We had a wonderful experience. Food was amazing. I Service was perfect. I wish they enforced the dress code. It’s a special place and should be treated as such.

    We had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday! Amanda was our server and she gave good recommendations on our entrees. The area we sat at was private and we got to watch the kitchen staff cook. Would recommend this place if you are celebrating a special occasion!

    I’ve been a regular Steak48 for quite some time, and they never disappoints. The consistency of both the food and service is remarkable, making every visit feel like a special occasion. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure a phenomenal dining experience, and they’ve made an effort to remember me as a frequent customer, which adds a personal touch that’s hard to find. From perfectly cooked steaks to attentive, knowledgeable service, I always leave satisfied. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is so well-executed, time after time. Special shout out to Jerome and Jeff, highly recommend!

    The atmosphere was elegant and beautiful setting for my wife and our 30th wedding anniversary. Delicious appetizer, food and dessert. I highly recommend to everyone.
