At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. We had a wonderful time as always! Celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary and to have our dessert comped was very kind! We love Steak 48!

Celebrated our anniversary tonight. Steak 48 is the best restaurant in Charlotte hands-down! The food and service are always excellent and it just feels special. The team there is amazing !

This is my 1 time at Steak 48 I have a great time tonight at Steak 48 really enjoyed my dinner tonight the NY Strip and the Boursin Cheese Whipping Potatoes and Asparagus was delicious thank you I will visit you guys soon when I come back to the Queen City Charlottes.

Meredith was a wonderful server & made our birthday celebration so special! We had a great experience at the bar as well. Will definitely be going back soon!

We had Mary as our server tonight for our anniversary, the service, food, and ambiance exceeded my expectations of this place! The 45 day dry aged rib eye was phenomenal and Mary made sure everything was a perfect experience at Steak48. I would fly back to NC just to have Steak48 again, thank you!
