At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. Impeccable food and service every time. They pay attention to details and are consistent. The Chilean sea bass with black truffle lobster enhancement is phenomenal. The deviled eggs, corn creme brulee, scallops, bone in filet, sautéed broccoli, whipped sweet potatoes, warm vanilla caramel cake and the California citrus drink are just a few of the amazing items (and list goes on). If you can’t get a reservation try walking in and sitting at the bar area.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Steak 48,and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out as top-notch. Our server was incredibly attentive, offering great suggestions and taking the time to explain the menu thoroughly. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their warm, kind demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. The food itself was outstanding, with each dish perfectly prepared and presented. Every bite felt like it had been thoughtfully crafted, and the flavors were balanced beautifully. The overall atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, which contributed to the memorable dining experience. This is our third time coming to Steak 48 for our wedding anniversary and every time the food and hospitality is delivered above and beyond. Yolanda our waitress provided exceptional service for us. We will again be coming back again soon

Christian and Carol at the main bar made our dinner a wonderful experience. They were very attentive, friendly and overall engaging and made our dining experience memorable. Can’t wait to visit this location again.
