At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. Had a great time the meatballs and Mac and cheese was great. A little bit annoyed by the couple that sat next to us that was super loud and very annoying

The food was delicious! The service was excellent thanks Nick! The only problem I endured Was the location we were sitting allowed the lights from the vehicles being pulled up by valet to glare in our face. A window covering would be nice. I will definitely recommend and return.

Steak 48 is by far the BEST restaurant in CLT. Drink’s, Apps, Main Entree’s and Desserts are 12 out of 10 🙌🏻

The food is great!!! The sides will be served as family style. So whatever you order as your side will be served a portion to each person at your table. The wait staff is wonderful!! All of the food we tried was excellent and the portions were more than enough!
