At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. It was my husband’s birthday! We were greeted with smiles and welcome back as soon as we entered the door. My husband usually makes the reservations but I was trying to surprise him. Charli recognized the names and accommodated us immediately. She is absolutely wonderful, even had a birthday gift! She made sure we were seated with our favorite guy “CHARLES”! We absolutely love him. He always know my drink of choice, very observant and intentional. We always want to be seated his in section. The server Jared that assisted Charles was awesome too! All of them gave excellent customer and personalized our experience at Steak48. We have been coming here since it opened and will continue.

Dinner was for a special occasion for a graduation celebration when we entered they acknowledge this self that it was for celebration and congratulated the graduate at dinner. They surprised us with two desserts with congratulations written on on the plate. It was an excellent experience.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The staff was outstanding and the food was delicious!

Food way over rated especially for the price. Grisly steak that was seasoned strangely. Not good. Only ate half of steak. Put us at a table in foot path of everyone when empty tables in less congested area available. Good dessert. Will not return.

Had a wonderful experience for my husbands birthday! They went above and beyond to make it special. The food was incredible! You have to get the crème brûlée corn dish. Highly recommend.

Always the best experience. Food best in Charlotte. Customer service always the best. The best restaurant in Charlotte all the way around. I had an amazing birthday.

Steak 48 is a must try if you're looking for a steak dinner with a great experience! The service was top knotch and the food was incredible. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
