At Steak 48, we encourage all of our guests to get dressed up for a great experience. In order to maintain an enjoyable environment for all guests, athletic wear, excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments will not be permitted. We prefer no printed t-shirts, hats or visors and always appreciate collared shirts or sports coats. Please dress as your elegant selves. You are going to have a great time!

Hamachi was amazing, Wagyu beef amazing too. Lobster escargot not recommended because the lobster was very overcooked and chewy, I appreciate the creativity of it though but execution was not good.

Went to the steak 48 in Chicago; was not completely satisfied with my steak. Went to the one in Beverly Hills my filet mignon was exceptional. My ribeye was good as well but it lacked that finishing touch of salt. Overall great experience and great customer service! Will definitely be back!

Incredible experience! Our waiter Jose was so nice and professional. We ordered king crab 🦀 legs and a selection of oysters - delicious! My husband and I shared a NY strip medium rare which was cooked to perfection. Our sides were broccoli, corn brûlée & truffle fries so good. When in LA we love coming to eat here. The level of service and the food are always on point! We look forward to many more times in the future. Thank you to the whole team!

It was our first visit. We were a party of 4 attending a birthday celebration. We were greeted with a big welcome and asked whose birthday were we celebrating. Our server "Michelle" was very thorough with providing us an overview of the menu as well as giving us her personal insight. I recommend the wagyu beef tartare as a starter. It was exceptional. The bone in KC strip 18 Oz was our favorite of the 3 steaks we ordered. The service at Steak 48 was off the chart. The manager "Will" came by our table later to check on us. We are going back. It was a great experience.

We ordered a steak medium well and it came out raw. We had specified we didn’t want it raw. They took it back and I asked them to not try to reheat an already cut steak but they clearly did. You had one job.
