This was our second time at Steak 38 and we had such a great experience again. We ordered the seasonal brie toast for appetizer and I got the filet mignon with parmesan horseradish crust and my husband got the ribeye. Both of our meals were amazing. Service was exceptional. Already can't wait to go back!

If you’re thinking of trying Steak 38 at the old Tabernacle Inn, here’s my experience yesterday. Always loved snapper soup. It was horrible. Little pieces of white stuff? I ordered surf and turf. Medium RARE. Came our medium. Lobster was dry. To top it off there was a bug running across my asparagus and mashed potatoes.

The food was enjoyable, and the service was excellent. However, the experience was not ideal for celebrating an anniversary. I had reserved a table with the expectation of a romantic setting, but upon arrival, we were placed at a diminutive table next to a pillar, barely wider than my shoulders. Upon requesting a different spot, we were amusingly reseated by the bar. Feeling irritated, I wondered why they would consider this a suitable way to celebrate an anniversary. My wife assured me it was fine and urged me not to be upset, so I complied and attempted to enjoy my dinner. It's still frustrating that the restaurant lacked the foresight to seat someone in a romantic spot for their anniversary. I would not have minded waiting for a table to become available. It was perplexing that the staff considered the area near the bar, where everyone was dressed casually and noisy, as the only suitable option for an anniversary celebration. Regardless, we tried to remain positive about the whole experience and enjoyed our dinner.

It was our 1st time dining at Steak 38. It was a special occasion for us & the service, food did not disappoint! Next time we have a celebration we will return.

We like it here better then Cherry Hill Our waitstaff Aubrey and Sophia were exceptional The food was very good and the steaks cooked to our liking We tried a new appetizer seasonal which was excellent Overall I would highly recommend Steak 38 in Tabernacle

The food was great and our server, Peter, was great. Service was also great. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly. We were surprised at the end with the mandatory 23% gratuity that was added for our party of 5. The gratuity was mentioned on the menu for parties of 5 or more, but 23% was not posted. 18% should be the standard with option to add more.

From the drinks(smoked old fashion and cool as a cucumber) to the brie appetizer, the Table side Caesar Salad, the start was great! The rib eye steaks were cooked perfectly. Don’t miss the cheesecake and the berry butter cake to finish the meal.
