Station 87 is located in the Original Meaford Firehall. Whether you’re craving a homemade pizza or a pint, Station 87 welcomes you. Join us on the main level or upper-level dining room where you can enjoy our menu inspired by seasonal flavours. Join us on the rooftop patio, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Downtown Meaford. For more intimate gatherings, our private wine cellar offers a unique experience. The wine cellar is located in the lower level, where legend says, the firefighters of 1887 gathered and drank libations of their own.

Our Market side evokes a European marketplace. Grab an espresso and a sandwich made on our fresh bread while exploring all of the goods we’ve got in store like cured meats, cheeses, or that special bottle of wine. There were three of us and we ate upstairs. Music was a bit loud and we asked our waiter to lower it as we were the only guests at the time. He immediately turned the music down. Every question we had, he had an answer. Very informative and knowledgeable about Station 87’s offerings. We had a friend visiting from Michigan. She had gone online to find a restaurant for us and picked Station 87. We were all pleased with the dishes we ordered. Fresh, hot and served quickly. We will definitely be back now that we have tried it. Keep up the great work.

Very friendly greetings from Sarah! Our server Jacob was excellent! Love the ambience! Food was great! A very welcomed addition to Meaford! The renovations to the old firehall are absolutely stunning!

Service in market kitchen this evening was weak- not as good as service at lunch in the bar the other day.

Service was poor, switched servers to our table, long delays in delivering drinks from the bar, they were putting up decorations around us during dinner at 5pm, the servers were carrying large food trays over some of our heads to get to the upper floor, asked about specials for New Years and were told there were none and then heard the server offer specials later to other customers, had to chase down the bill. Food was reasonable quality. Overall, this restaurant is not operating very well from a service level, disappointing experience for a premium priced dinner.

Delightful experience. Seating is comfortable and acoustics not bad considering a room full of patrons. Menu is extensive with inviting choices. Service good but entrees were long time. Pizza and pasta good. Duck unusual, tasted like ham. Wouldn’t repeat that. Salads good. Caesar impressive table side presentation. Fungi salad didn’t need honey or the pizza. Otherwise good. Next time will specify to not have sweetened savoury food. Very pleasant waitress and chat with proprietor. It will be a ‘go to’ spot!

Great selection of food. And everyone was very happy with their order. All the staff was friendly and attentive. Great ambience and lovely place to enjoy a nice meal and catching up with friends. Can’t wait to try the upper levels.

Everything was good. I ordered the duck entree which was tasty along with the mashed potatoes. The bok choy vegetable was nothing special. A better vegetable choice would have elevated the meal overall. Cocktails were tasty and service was good but it didn’t feel like a fine dining experience.
