If you have a table over 8 people gratuity is applied automatically on the bill. So service just goes out the window because the tip is locked in. Bottled beverages and water taking 30 minutes or more, forgotten orders that don’t come out with the rest of the food, etc. However, the manager professionally approached our table and took off the gratuity and apologized for the lack of service. This may have been an isolated incident with the individual being the problem and not the whole staff

We had a great dinner and loved the food. The only disappointment was there weren’t very many other patrons while we were there. One of the people in our group had been before and was really excited to share the cool vibe and fun, floral decor with us but she felt it lacked some of the pizazz she was expecting. We weren’t sure if it was just the difference between the weekend brunch vibe vs the weeknight dinner vibe, so she asked if it was under new ownership and was told yes, and that some remodeling was in progress. All in all it was a great meal, but didn’t quite have the overly fun/cool atmosphere we were hoping for.

We are known to have lively weekend DJ brunches, but we do have a slower, more elevated dining service for dinner. As far as the floral your group member was describing, we will do pop up bars a couple times throughout the year, typically themed to reflect the time of year. Food was fine, vibes were great if you’re in the mood to do a party brunch. Service was pretty terrible. Staff wasn’t very friendly and when the food came out with missing ingredients we seemed like a nuisance to the server for asking for it
