We had a bridal shower at State Fare in Sugar Land. Everything was wonderful! Everyone had a great time. The staff was very accommodating. Thanks! We will be back.

Great staff and healthy portions. Our mostly senior crew ended up splitting entrees which worked out perfectly. But note that they do charge a $3 fee for that. Otherwise, the team there was lovely. We were there Saturday night and it wasn’t too busy. Hope they survive the location!

We have been to State Fair dozens of times. Last night, 9/21/2024 was the absolute worst. We never received the appetizer. Our entree's were not what we ordered. The food arrived cold. I ordered the Étouffée with an extra piece of catfish. Instead, I had one piece of catfish and a leg quarter on my plate. My husband ordered his ribeye medium well. It was well done and cold. The only reason we did not complain to our waitress was because she seemed very overwhelmed. So did every other employee due to it being a very busy night at the restaurant. There were a lot of young unattended kids there due to homecoming. The overall experience was horrible. Unfortunately.

Unfortunately our last visit was not the best. Service was definitely not up to their normal standards. Will take a break before returning.

Good food. The manager Dana was kind. I feel our server had too many tables but understandable since it was a holiday weekend especially during brunch.

Food was okay. Not horrible but not so amazing that it was worth the 30-40 min wait or price. Server was noticeably working hard and always checking in on us which I appreciated. Would possible go back again but NOT for weekend brunch or the busy meal hours.

We absolutely loved this restuarant. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth, the ambiance of the restuarant is fantastic, our server gets a 15 out of 10; she was friendly, helpfuol, but not too much! Food is out of this world. I wish we had one of these reestaurants in the Lake Houston/Kingwood area.
