                                                                                            I love State & Main usually - this locatino's service was great but slow. I had to consistently look for the server to order, get the bill, etc. Chicken Enchillada wasn't good as other location. Overall, it was good but not good service and food compared to other locations that I've been to.

                                                                                            Have been to this location a few times, and it’s always a nice time. Most recently, attended with a few girlfriends on a Friday night, service was good and attentive, but our server also allowed us our space to chat and catch-up without pestering which is appreciated. With that, while he checked in a ton on whether we wanted more cocktails, he never came around to refill waters. For food, I ordered the French Dip sandwhich with fries - the fries and dill dip are outstanding, every time! - the sandwich was just okay, a little disappointing, seemed a little stale / dry, and just not as fresh and tender as I’ve had before at other locations. My friends had the fish tacos and the Cajun chicken, which they said were good! The atmosphere is nice, typical lounge setting, with dim lighting and nice background music without being too loud. I was surprised it wasn’t super busy for a Friday night but overall it was a nice time!

                                                                                            Unfortunately a bad experience with the food and service. We went for dinner and sat in a high top. Our waitress was busy so the ‘manager’ took our drink order and then the waitress brought them over about 10 minutes later. We noticed everyone else around us had water but we weren’t offered any. We ordered the Pacific Rim Noodle Bowl, and the Tuna Poke Bowl. When they finally arrived 40 minutes later, the rice in the tuna bowl was crunchy (no cooked) so it was sent back. The waitress apologized over and over. She offered to bring something quick - so a bowl of French fries arrived which was helpful, until they could make another dish. The replacement Chicken Club arrived 15 minutes later and was good, but at that point my partner had finished his dish - although his noodle bowl was overly spiced with a ton of black pepper found at the bottom of the bowl. We’ve dined here many times and have never had anything but great service and food. The most disappointing thing of the whole experience, was that the ‘manager’ couldn’t be bothered to stop by the table and either check in or apologize. Maybe they were short staffed or have new people in the kitchen.

                                                                                            Good food and service. Went before busy time. Was hot outside and inside was very chilly. Air conditioning must have been on high in anticipation of more customers. Overall a great restaurant with good menu selection.

                                                                                            Good choices on the menu. Service was a little slow when not that busy. Spicy tuna poke is fabulous. Bangkok bowl didn’t have all ingredients as listed on menu and was a disappointment.
