Welcome to State & Main Gloucester. We serve elevated comfort food and cocktails, providing a vibrant downtown atmosphere in your neighbourhood restaurant & bar. Our location is only a few minutes away from Highway 174. We're located in the northeastern suburbs of Ottawa, bringing downtown vibes to you. You can treat yourself to dinner with us and a movie at the nearby Scotiabank Theatre if you're craving a date night. You can run errands in the area around us or visit Hornets Nest Soccer Park before joining us for Happy Hour on our dog-friendly patio.                                                                                       Great service! Food was not good… 2 of us had the chicken fingers with fries. The chicken fingers were old or freezer-weary as they were so dry that no amount of sauce could make them palatable. My colleague ended up being sick that night. I are 1/2 of one chicken finger and was done. Service was great: friendly and timely.

                                                                                      I made a reservation for four. Two were going to be late. Our server was very understanding. She served me and my companion as requested and when my other 2 friends arrived she greeted them right away. Our service was very good. I never felt rushed or ignored.

                                                                                      Our go to dinner spot! Love the new outdoor set-up. Service is efficient yet not bothersome. Prizes are competitive. Staff always smiling and friendly. Never have been disappointed with our meals here. Great that it's walking distance from home.

                                                                                      I think the server should have checked on us about the food to ask how it was. My chicken was very overcooked. I wondered why she didn’t say something to the kitchen instead of serving it to me. It was very noisy at the restaurant. It was hard to carry on a conversation. I have gone there a number of times in the past. It’s usually much better.
