Welcome to State & Main Barrie. We serve elevated comfort food and cocktails, providing a vibrant downtown atmosphere in your neighbourhood restaurant & bar. Our location is directly off highway 400 and a great stop on the way to cottage country. Being only minutes away from downtown Barrie, we're surrounded by great amenities and shopping. Enjoy dinner with us before finishing your date night at the Cineplex Theater nearby! Students from Georgian College can stop in for one of our twice-daily Happy Hours. Fitness fans can work up appetites at the nearby LA Fitness before linking up with friends to have a few standout shareables.                                                                                   The host was very pleasant and helpful by explaining where the restroom were located etc. I asked the management if they could turn down the music a bit as one of our guests had a hearing problem. They kindly obliged and made me feel Ok asking. Our server was pleasant but I was surprised that she didn't know what 'carbonated' meant. A very good experience.
