I had the west cob salad and tuna tar tar was great. Colleagues has Cajun chicken and found it very oily, inside was cooked well. Service was slow, almost seemed we were forgotten about. 3.5 hours for 4 ppl. Please fix the light bulbs so ppl can see reading the menus. It was like this a yr ago.

I've come here many times as we used to like it but the last few times have not been enjoyable. We came tonight and waited over 10 minutes just for someone to come say hello. It was very obvious who our server was and she wouldn't even look in our direction (it also was not very busy). After going to the hostess to let her know no one had come over, someone else finally came and said she would just take us because our original server can't and doesn't want us to wait any longer. Our drinks came fairly quickly after that but sadly both our meals came out very cold. Won't be comina back anvmore.

Not my first time here and have always enjoyed it. However we have now decided this will be a go to place. Food is always excellent. Staff, from front door on are great. You just get the feeling that people are happy to do their jobs there. Too many TV'S for us but that's the only downside.

The food was delicious and the staff very personal and pleasant. Would highly recommend going. Only issue is front door gets stuck so I thought they were closed and had to yank on door. Could put a sign up until fixed to let people know.

This place has usually been good and the food is great. However our experience last night was not the greatest. It might have been due to the fact they were very busy and understaffed. But the server got our order wrong every step of the way starting with drinks, to the main and sides. Food was subpar at best and we were waiting quite a while for service. However our server was trying her best, I think they just need more staff. Note to self to not go there on a busy night.

Excellent service and food today! The bang bang shrimp was excellent. The chicken tenders were the best weve ever had - so moist and flavourful! The manager and server were so pleasant! Well be back for sure.

It was very dark in there, it was hard to read the menus and I saw a few people using their phone flashlights to look at the menu so I was definitely not the only one! It was very dark in the restaurant. Other than that, the food was great. Ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp appy. I read reviews prior and this was a crowd favourite. Did not dissappoint! Came very quickly and was nice and hot, very crispy. I ordered the Fish and Chips. Fish was lightly battered and it was very crispy. Never got soggy after dipping into the tartar sauce. The hand cut fries were also very crispy. One of the best Fish and Chips Ive had! The Old Fashioned cocktail I ordered was very good too. Overall a very tasty experience!

First, we’ve been here a few times and enjoyed it. This time, chicken fingers were all coating and tasted like sawdust, beef dip was flavorless and bun terrible, fries were soggy. Shrimp rigatoni came so hot from microwaving it that the sauce broke, no truffle flavor whatsoever. Hoping that writing this review spurs on management to do better. With today’s pricing ask the food should be better.
