Angela was absolutely fantastic. She took such good care of us and anticipated our every need and was very patient with my non-coffee appreciating boys. She was incredibly knowledgeable and we had a great time chatting about coffee! This 13 year partner had the best time.

While Bobby and Bobbie were very nice and friendly, we felt it was not very professional. The experience was scheduled for 7:00 and did not start until about 7:15. We were waiting for a foursome that did not show up. We ended by 8:00 because I guess that is the time to end it, but we started late… there was a lot of joking around, making the experience okay and difficult to really take in all that was being taught in did this experience in Chicago and it was excellent. He did give us the recipes for the drinks, when asked, while in Chicago we were given a card with all the recipes. We were given a piece of a croissant and a piece of danish. Again what was provided at the Chicago reserve was much nicer. Finally open table states that taxes are included in the cost of $95, but I was charged tax on top of the $95. Disappointing experience when compared to the Chicago espresso martini experience.

The class was so fun and I believe the two gentleman we had were Morgan and Sam and they were the best! So fun, so knowledgeable and truly made my sister's bachelorette party special! We had the best time!

The person leading this tasting didn’t know which coffee was which that we tasted and mixed them up multiple times so I left just being confused. She also couldn’t answer any questions we asked about coffee at Starbucks so I feel like this was a waste of money because I don’t even know which beans I tasted first vs second and then got more confused because she didn’t know either and kept saying different things. Wouldn’t come back

We had a date with our couple friends and tried out the Starbucks reserve experience for a change.. we were not disappointed- our barista Clay, made the experience really fun and worth it. It was a treat trying out different coffee blends .
