We had an outstanding time while we were there. We went out to New York just for this pumpkin spice experience for my birthday from Michigan. Jeremy and Bhavi were great, and I even got sang to! They definitely made us feel welcomed. I definitely wasn’t planning on going to New York any time soon, but the entire experience was worth it to me. Thank your for offering the pumpkin spice experience longer than Chicago did.

The PSL experience was everything I'd hoped for. I was the only participant since the other 2 cancelled, so I learned a lot from Jeremy, not just about PSL but coffee in general. Looking at a part of the kitchen added to the experience but could be a bit less noisy. Despite the cost, I recommended it to others and wore my PSL pin the next day too.

I cannot recommend this experience more highly. Definitely over 5 stars. Our teachers were Bobby and Dillon and they were exceptional. Not only informative but super fun. If you are considering this - GO. I went with 2 friends but could be a great team building experience, Ladies Night Out or just plain for Fun. Can't wait to try another Starbucks Reserve experience!

My husband and I really enjoyed our tasting with Zeke. He did a great job explaining things and walking us through the process. We had a nice time chatting with him and learning about coffee.

Ever since they started using real pumpkins (kabocha) in Pumpkin Spice Lattes, the Starbucks PSL has been my go-to most favorite comfort drink. I literally save all my stars each year to redeem on venti triple-shot 6-pump breve upside down PSLs. After the passing of my father this past week, I found myself in the vicinity of one of Starbuck’s rare “Reserve” locations. I happened to notice an email advertising a PSL Martini, and knew I had to get one. When I clicked the link, I discovered “THE ULTIMATE PUMPKIN SPICE EXPERIENCE”. Obviously at that point money was no factor and they had open availability an hour out. In the booking, it let me put special remarks and I simply said my dad had just passed away and that PSL is my comfort drink. When I arrived, the assistant manager Lauren was expecting me and had read my remarks. Purely by chance I was the only person who booked and had an individual PSL experience with Jordan, who was phenomenal. Together we made a PSL, a pumpkin cream cold brew, and a pumpkin spice affogato. While I was there I also tried the pumpkin spice espresso martini and a pumpkin spice cake. I don’t remember everyone’s names but they were phenomenal. Lauren and Jordan went above and beyond to give me a great experience and answer my PSL questions, and really made me feel like they cared about me during this difficult time. The drinks were phenomenal, particularly the whiskey barrel-aged pumpkin-spice foam cold brew. I could drink a whiskey barrel-aged concoction every single day. I am so thankful to Lauren and Jordan, and to Starbucks Reserve for this experience. Thank you for making me feel special.

This espresso martini experience makes me want to try more at this location! The bartender and bar-back were so friendly, personable, and fun! They made this intimate experience a great one. This is fun for date night, girls night, and to show friends a fun new experience.

Came to NYC for this experience. I've always wanted to visit the store in Seattle and was so happy to hear there is one in NYC. One of the best experiences I have ever had! From the look of each floor, to the customer service given by the team behind this experience - they went above and beyond! This experience was everything I was hoping for and more. Bhavi & her team= Excellent Customer Service!! I definitely will be coming back in the fall!
