Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Our waitress Robin was the best ever!!! The tempera shrimp was the bomb.

Ordered pad Thai. Both pad Thais were a bit different from the other. The flavours were not the same. Both tasted very good. Just different which was odd. Not consistent. Offered the Garlic noodles as well. Returned them because they were just a little too dry.

But pricey for portions and taste… lovely waitstaff and casual vibe. Pork buns were very good, the shrimp tempura was a bit over breaded and soggy and my garlic noodles were lackluster. The Thai chicken skewers were SO dry! Malasadas were tasty just small.

Amazing experience! So many good choices. My husband and I’s favorites are eggplant appetizer, and butterfish! Adobo ribs are delicious, of course the star garlic noodle is definitely the signature. Only suggestion for the restaurant is I wish they could use a scissor to cut into the noddles somewhat when serving it so people can easily separate and share. This is definitely a must visit in Maui.

Very good, however, we visited star noodle a couple of years ago and the food was of greater quality, especially the bar buns. The buns were not as fluffy as previous and the pork was rather dry. The other dishes were very good, but again I don’t believe they were quite up to par. Saying all of that, I would still return.

We finally ventured out and tried new entrees with our exceptional waiter, Andy's professional support. FYI, We LOVE the Pad Thai!! We had the Bacon and Eggs and Green Papaya Salad. Absolutely delicious and as always attention to details, presentation, and food allergies.

One of our most favorite places in Maui. They’ve been closed since the fires but has now opened back up. Don’t sleep on this place. They did a great job with renovations. Their food never disappoints. Make sure to make reservations well in advance…like weeks to months.
