Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

    Robin was our waitress…and she was AMAZING!!! Seriously! She made our whole family, even my two kids, feel completely taken care of. And the food…the food is incredible!!! I have been trying to get into Star Noodle for years…and it is truly no exaggeration!

    Food was delicious. Wish they offered more vegan options. Service was very good and server was knowledgeable about eating vegan. View is beautiful but experience would be nicer if lights were dimmed (extremely bright) and fans turned down (bring a sweater!)

    Food was exceptional as always! The prawns are THE BEST I ever had !! Jerry was THE best waiter, very attentive and personable :)

    Our server Charity made some recommendations that were great; we appreciated her input. Also, we ordered some things that we had had before, Star Noodle certainly hasn’t lost its touch.

    We ate dinner at Star Noodle six times during our three-week trip to Maui. Loved each visit. The food was great, and our server, Andy, was fabulous. Accommodation of my wife's food allergies (gluten, soy, dairy, eggs) was exceptional. Can hardly wait for next year!

    Our waitress Robin was the best ever!!! The tempera shrimp was the bomb.

    Service was excellent, and the food was excellent. You can choose a number of plates to share depending on how hungry you are and what your budget is. The vibe is trendy and upscale. The pork steamed buns and the "bacon and eggs" was amazing. I personally didn't care for the Lahaina Fried Soup - the Fatt Chow Fun noodles were so thick they were more like dumplings, which I'm not a fan of. But we still really enjoyed our evening here. Reservations are a must.

    Ordered pad Thai. Both pad Thais were a bit different from the other. The flavours were not the same. Both tasted very good. Just different which was odd. Not consistent. Offered the Garlic noodles as well. Returned them because they were just a little too dry.
