Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

Love the new location. Is warm and elegant. Always packed but not noisy and a great view of the ocean. Food is always done well. Took awhile but glad to see them reopened.

Absolutely delicious, made from scratch, Star Noodle has re-opened in a new oceanfront, chic restaurant in North Lahaina, a must! Fresh fish, noodle dishes, delectable steamed pork buns, Asian fare. Memorable, creative cocktails. Service outstanding, heartfelt. We take every visitor here, never get enough. Watching the waves just a few feet away as you enjoy dish after dish, heaven!

Terrible food. Many not as authentic as some dishes seem on the menu. Overpriced and underwhelming. Tempura shrimp was ok. Nothing to write home about. Both our noodle soup(kimchi udon and hot and sour soup was so salty we had to add a whole pot of hot water to thin it down and be edible. Overall, a horrendous experience. They used to be good when they were at the old location before the fire. We will not be going back.

We were so glad to be able to dine again at Star Noodle. We have been eating there for many years and were pleased with their new location.

They are in a new facility since the Lahaina fire and it is quite nice. Parking can be difficult but additional space is available by Safeway across the street. We had tempura shrimp, steamed pork buns, Lahaina fried soup, and malasadas. All were excellent and service was terrific. Can’t wait till next year. I recommend you make reservations well in advance of your stay.

Love Star Noodle! Our first time at the new location. Parking is difficult but a way better vibe than the last location. As always…we’ll be back!

My husband and I ate at star noodle 10 years ago. And tonight we got to bring our kids. It did not disappoint. Thank you for a great meal and views.
