Dinner tonght at Staigles was fantastic. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Appetizer was the crab claws which were not the typical garlic and butter but I want to say it was more of a type of chilli sauce over the crab claws. They did have a mild heat to them but overall, were delicious. We both chose the Wagyu domestic 9.6 oz filet. The beef comes from a ranch in Perkinston, MS. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and had the best flavor! Hands down one of the top 3 best steak experiences I’ve had in my life. We paired the steak with the Dauo Cab Sauvignon. Sides were the truffle mashed potatoes and the brussel sprouts. Those were both delicious and excellent choices. They started us off with amuse of crawfish beignets and ended the meal with lovely coconut macaroons. Both were so good. Dessert was the soon to be famous honeysuckle creme brûlée. They had entertainment tonight by Mishee. It was a lovely evening. Service was excellent. Sydney was attentive to our every request and Mr. stable himself stopped by the table to check on us along with the manager. We thoroughly enjoyed Staigles and will definitely be back. If you haven’t been to Staigles in Wiggins, MS it’s time to make that drive.

What an amazing jewel! Staigle’s is an upscale dinning experience with top shelf service and a stellar menu.

Probably the best fish I’ve ever had. Flounder stuffed with crab meat. Michael was the best, attentive to every need. My favorite brunch.

Fantastic Sunday brunch! Delicious crab omelets, cheese grits, and mimosas. Wonderful service provided by Michael. Highly recommend!

Another stellar dining experience at Staigle's! We enjoyed several specials--lamb ravioli, roasted whole flounder, and the dueling fish trio--and everything was delicious! Alana was an excellent server!

We arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Establishment was extremely small and we were left standing in front of the door and very near another table/bar area. Told we could have a seat at the bar. There was no room bc they had a table bumped up next to it. We asked if we could sit at our table and just wait and were told no that we could wait outside. Finally brought in and seated but waited another 15 minutes to order drinks. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Very loud. Drink was wrong as well as salad order. Food was ok but pricey for the other obstacles we encountered.

Food was superb! Atmosphere and service were excellent ! Michael was our server and he was very helpful and attentive Highly recommend the Staigle’s martini!!

Food and service ....EXCEPTIONAL! Lobster spaghetti, delicious! Crab claws, best I ever had! Shrimp and Grits were phenomenal and the House Filet was perfect. Only slight gripe on the 2 top tables being WAY too close together. Did not enjoy that part, it was not conducive to private table conversations. Music playing inside was really good and live music outside was soooooooo good!! (Jon Marc Burge) We couldn't stay to listen more but wished we could. Also had the creme' brulee and it was very good. I loved it (Mom wished there was some fresh berries on top)

Nice selection of offerings from local purveyors. Bread items tasted a bit flat and could have used a bit more salt for balance. Filet could have benefited from more seasoning. Roasted cauliflower steak was just outstanding! Creme brûlée was perfection. Sort of wished the waiter would have asked us before continuing to pour the wine. We would have been satisfied with less and taking home a third of the bottle but then felt we had to sit and drink it there. Beautiful little cozy restaurant and overall very nice experience.

Amazing smaller place on a beautiful small town main street. Just upon entering you can tell there was a lot of time and pride put into the restaurant. Sydney was an amazing server, prompt, polite, and always with the right suggestions. Food was absolutely perfect, the chef knew exactly how to prepare everything. Will definitely recommend to others for any special occasion.
