NYE was good. Just the buffet option wasnt something spectacular. The ribeye steak was there but it was raw red and some people dont eat raw meat like that. They couldn't make an exception to make it at least medium well for the kids. I think for the amount of $ you pay they should work with the customer. Also waited a little too long for drinks to come around for a 22% gratitude included in bill. Otherwise it was alright.

The food was good and we loved being able to watch sports. The server could have been better and for the amount of food the cost was a bit high.

I came here with my adult nephew. First the hostess couldn't find my reservation. I showed her my OpenTable confirmation and we had to wait another 3 minutes until she and another hostess looked for it. They claimed it wasn't in the system (the restaurant was not full). Then I had to ask our waiter to change our seats as the hostess originally sat us down away from everyone, in a corner, away from the television screens (this is a sports bar). This was odd. I asked for water and ended up getting seltzer water. No big deal as the waiter corrected his mistake. The person who brought out our food was not friendly at all, but on top of that we got tofu bao buns instead of pork belly. Then the fried chicken was extremely salty. The BBQ ribs were good, but were salty as well. Staff needs better training in customer service, from the hostess to the waiter. The waiter was extremely friendly but he needed to pay more attention to what was being asked. I won't be coming back!

Slow service, food hit and miss, we were a large party of 11. Some food great but some not the best. Good music, lots of TVs.

If you’re looking for a sports bar this is not the place. It’s more that of a night club/strip club atmosphere. Came to watch Monday night football and was incredibly disappointed. The food is nothing like what is depicted in photos either. We should have known better when we saw it dead on such a big football night during the holidays when every other place in Orlando is packed.

Service was slow and took ages to get anything. The waitor was lovely and kept apologising. He seemed to be doing a lot although it wasn’t at full capacity. A lot of the waitresses stood around chatting or sighing at what appeared to be guests. The girls on the stand to be seated where rude and when they saw we were going to watch the Tyson fight, turned round and laughed and said give us a break. Wouldn’t go back.

Excellent restaurant to catch a game or catchup with friends and family. Service was amazing and the food was excellent.

I've been coming since you guys opened. One recommendation is get an ATM machine. The hotel never really works. Either of them and they only have 2. Next find a way to n.v keep people. The quality has gone down in service. I had to get up and get my own beer. I think your staff could use some overall customer service training. I'm only going sparingly now.

Worst food ever, pizza cheese was tainted, tuna cones was grey and pasty. 18% forced service charge on top of tip. Pot stickers were so spicy we couldn’t eat them and it never said that in the menu. We spent almost $200 and not one person in the party of five finished their food. Everyone ended up at the market to get something else to eat. Stay away from this place.
