St Thomas is an intimate Spanish inspired restaurant and wine bar by Michelin Stared Chef Quinton Bennett, located in the heart of Toronto’s historic Yorkville neighbourhood, nestled on picturesque St. Thomas Street and surrounded by mid-century and modern architecture. We celebrate the best of Basque Country cuisine and international wine by serving Pintxos and carefully curated small plates. We aim to offer a unique, cheerful wine experience by educating and informing our guests through guided tastings.

The food was exceptional. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the flat iron wagyu Rossini and the espresso martini he created for me.

Beautiful decor and lovely attentive staff. Unfortunately those were the highlights. Overpriced mediocre food. Tried too hard to be creative and lost the flavour of the focal food, worst case of that is the halibut. Nice selection of Ontario wines and overall good wine list. But overpriced pours. Disappointing.

We did the masterclass Negroni making class and had such a fun time. We learned the history of the Negroni and learned tricks of the trade. We also were able to sample some of the delicious Michelin Star chef’s pintxos which gave us a wonderful introduction to the quality of the food. We will be coming back for sure. Such a great date night!! Can’t wait to try Egnima next.

We had an amazing experience with the team at St Thomas. They took care of us so well, especially the sommelier who paired our wines perfectly, and also share with us his love of wine. Will be back.

Sat out on the patio which was lovely and the food and wine were delicious. The four gras on French toast was divine! Thank you to the lovely staff who made the experience spectacular.

Phenomenal food - layers of different flavours. The wine selection is also incredible. The staff were helpful and attentive. I will absolutely be back.

Tony, the server, was incredible. The sommelier was also fantastic, giving us free sparkling wine to celebrate our daughter’s 21st, two free sampler glasses of wine, used argon gas for our last two bottles so that we could take them away afterwards.
