   The service was delightful and friendly, and the best thing about the place. I thought the afternoon tea was quite poor - sandwiches small and dry.

   I booked a table at the champagne bar but my guests were led to a bar table outside next to a train. Unfortunately by the time I arrived they had ordered a £100 bottle of champagne, glasses etc and so stayed there (with our coats). As it was a birthday treat to ‘see the longest champagne bar’ it was a disappointment that the booked table was not provided.

   Olga was the absolute best!!! Excellent customer service. The green tea&Caesar salad blew my taste buds away.I can’t wait to visit London again. Thank You again Olga!!!

   We often call in here to wait for a train home to ensure we do not get snarled in traffic which has happened. First visit since it was reopened. NO truffle fries. Apparently they have stopped service truffle fries outside in the champagne bar. BIG mistake. Truffle fries and a glass of champagne - excellent way to spend time waiting for your train. Also some heaters over tables would be useful also. Bitterly cold on Saturday.

   we had fish and chips and champagne cocktails. Service was prompt.

   We sat in the champagne bar, on the concourse. It was superb. Great food, super service and a fantastic atmosphere. The champagne was a must and added to a very special dinner. Only advice - Take a jumper, as it can be a bit chilly on the concourse.

    Me and my husband love coming here. The staff are always very helpful and efficient. The food is amazing. A lovely treat to pop in on our way home from when weve been out and about. Highly recommend.
