We had a great dinner last night, Eric is a excellent server, time management is really well, whole dinning went really smooth, we strongly prefer Eric's section next visit.

Oh my gosh!! This restaurant exceeded our expectations! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we were not disappointed. The food was cooked to perfection. I had prime rib and he had a steak tenderloin and the meat just melted in your mouth. The shrimp cocktail was to die for..huge pieces of meaty shrimp. And of course we couldn't pass up dessert. I highly recommend the flourless chocolate cake with grand mariner sauce.! Our server Kat was amazing..very friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. One of the best servers I have ever encountered. I cant say enough about her or the restaurant. The ambiance was romantic, inviting and warm. Thank you St. Germains formaking our evening truly special. I cant wait to go back!! Highly recommend!!

We celebrated an engagement/bachelorette evening at the casino o starting with dinner at St. Germaine’s. First time here and the food was amazing and wine by the bottle prices reasonable. The prime rib was fantastic and service was excellent. The key is booking dinner after people who are seeing a show at the casino have left. Would recommend this venue. Ambiance is so-so - feels like you are in a casino resort lol.

Party of 2. Ordered 8oz prime rib and the chicken supreme dish. Prime rib meal was EXCELLENT. Chicken dish - very generous portion, but dry (overcooked?) and needed more sauce/gravy for more flavour. Chicken dish was bland. Last time it was ordered, two months ago, it was more memorable and flavourful. Tap water was served and had a musty flavour - possibly due to lakewater being warmed encouraging certain (harmless) bacterial growth. Ordered bottled water $9.50/bottle. Server was exceptional, as other waitstaff have always been on prior visits.

The food was great. The chicken was a little too pink for one guests liking, and the server, Kevin, argued that it's not too pink as the chefs use a temperature probe. After receiving a better cooked entree, my guest couldn't eat much of it due to her gastric bypass limits and the server came and said, "guess it's not how you would cook it at home, eh?". He finally brought my beverage after being reminded 10 minutes later, the ice cubes were melted, and there weren't and steak knives when our steaks came. For this calibre of restaurant, quite disappointed with the service & attitude. We aren't those people to complain or write reviews, so, good job Kevin!
