    To start with the positives, our server was absolutely spectacular. The food itself was good — the steaks were cooked well. Overall, the service we received from our primary server truly elevated the evening. However, the experience was tainted by a shocking and embarrassing incident involving a different server. At one point, our group was having a lively conversation, and without any warning, this other server approached our table and yelled at us for being too loud. Instead of handling the situation calmly or politely asking us to tone it down, they chose to raise their voice in front of the entire restaurant. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed that our loud conversation was causing us to lose service from other tables, when in reality, the other table had simply been reseated. This unprofessional and embarrassing interaction completely soured the experience, leaving us feeling singled out and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing that one server's actions overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of the night. If not for this outburst, I would’ve rated this steakhouse much higher. While I appreciate the great food and stellar service from our primary server, I’m hesitant to return due to the lack of professionalism from that one individual. We often dine here as a company with large parties, but will consider elsewhere in future.

    Of the restaurants available within the Casinorama resort, our group chose St Germain’s for a nicer experience, as we were celebrating a couple of occasions. We were greeted warmly, but once we ordered our food, it took awhile for the food to hit the table. When it did, the plates were steaming hot but the food wasn’t. The beef wasn’t seasoned well, so plain meat and cold potatoes were many of our dinners. And the server took more than 15 mins to even come check to see how the food was. That's when we sent one of the potato dishes back, but the server wasn’t apologetic about the concern. Could’ve been a great experience, but the problems with the service and the food made it tough to enjoy.

    The staff at St Germain‘s were very mature and professional, right from my reservation booking through to the amazing server we had, (Ben). The food was brought to the table, hot and cooked to perfection. All three of our meals were to die for. Thank you for accommodating us on a busy Valentine’s Day. We will definitely be back in the future. Cheers, Kevin.

    Restaurant was not busy at all, but food came out slow. Soup was warm plate was very hot 😳, steak was almost medium aa requested, but charred on the outside. Had a burnt taste to it. Unable to eat most of it. Chef said it was medium, what an awesome response, Really cares about your presentation and his reputation as a chef!!!!

    Had a very nice dinner. We enjoy going to St Germain’s when visiting Rama. One thing hubby would like is Molson Products be served at this restaurant again.
