Chef/Owner Steve Christianson, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, in Hyde Park, NY, is lauded for his kitchen artistry, his passion for perfection and his commitment to serving only the freshest organic, and when possible, locally sourced ingredients. We go to St Eve’s regularly. The food and service are always outstanding. The regular menu’s appetizers and entrees are delicious. They always have at least two special apps and and entrees which are as excellent as the regular menu items.

Excellent food .. overly expensive. They haven’t gotten the message that restaurants need to lower prices. Difficult to rationalize hence will bit revisit

Great Ambiance. Great Food and Presentation. Staff was Attentive! Bread Was Too Tier. Sour Dough that didn’t taste sour. Will Absolute Dine Here Again!!

The food was amazing and portion just right. The service was outstanding. Ambiance was nice for romantic dining or family setting. Really impressed with the quality and presentation of the food

I was back again this week and had the exact same meal because it was so delicious. Had the grilled peach salad appetizer and the halibut. Truly the best piece of halibut I have ever eaten.

Food is consistently beyond good! Portions are perfect, everything is fresh & service impeccable! One of our favorite restaurants! They were kind enough after over hearing us about our anniversary to bring over dessert with a candle!

As always another spectacular dining experience at St Eve!!! We are so grateful for the outstanding service provided by David and Christine. And of course Anika is so welcoming making sure that no detail is overlooked. We feel like family when we dine at St Eve. The food is phenomenal!!! Please do yourself a favor and make St Eve your next dining experience. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to the amazing staff at St Eve!!!!

We go to St Eve’s regularly as the food and service are consistently fantastic!! The food is so delicious and portions are very good. We feel it is fine dining so close to home. The people who work at St Eve’s always make us feel very special too!
