We enjoyed the mussels and grilled goat cheese/peaches for our appetizers and the Halibut and the ravioli special for our entrees which were both excellent. We shared the Pavlova dessert which was just as delicious as our meal. While our food was absolutely outstanding our entrees seemed to arrive at our table right on top of our appetizers so we had to ask our waiter to take a 5 minute break before we could enjoy our dessert and coffee. The restaurant was crowded but there were some open tables and we certainly weren't lingering - only 25 minutes had passed since we were seated. Aside from a bad meal which was NOT the case here there's nothing worse than feeling rushed when you are trying to enjoy such good food and it was difficult to enjoy and finish the nice bottle of wine we had brought with us. Our waiter was busy but attentive and seemed unhappy so maybe something was going on in the restaurant we were unaware of. Will definitely dine here again as the meal was superb!

St. Eve's is always great. Friendly staff who know the regulars and the food is NYC chef like. Nice atmosphere and great hostess who keeps it all running smoothly.

Never had a bad meal/experience. Excellent food, service & atmosphere. In addition, I can honestly say that the Short Rib at St. Eve’s is the BEST I’ve ever had!….And the PEI Mussels appetizer is right up there with it. We’ll be back, again and again!

This was our first time dining here. We came to celebrate our 15th anniversary and I noted so when we made the reservation, but I was surprised there was no mention of this from the hostess or waitstaff. I was hoping they might bring something to the table to celebrate, but I guess this just isn't that kind of place. The service was very good: attentive, considerate, not rushing us, etc. No issues there. The food was good, but I was a tad underwhelmed. We started with a duck pate which had nice flavor but was too cold when it was served so it made spreading it on the toast cumbersome. Should have been brought to room temp before serving, IMO. We did love the Filet Mignon Ravioli but was confused because it says in it's description Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Porcini Mushroom Broth. So is it Short Ribs or Filet Mignon? I was also surprised that for the price you only got two if you ordered as a starter. For entrees we had the Osso Bucco and Filet Mignon. The Osso was really well cooked, falling off the bone and succulent. The Filet was also cooked to precision, but the cut was only about 1/2 the height of what I think is a typical Filet Mignon cut and it didn't have any of that "buttery" sweetness that I associate with this cut of steak. Very disappointed with that. Lastly we had the Pavlova for dessert. The meringue was good and the whipped cream fresh and not sweetened so it offered a nice complement to the sweetness of the meringue. Overall it's a nice place, but in the end I felt it was overpriced for what you received.

I was away on vacation and could not wait to teturn to St Eve and experience another fantastic dinner and St Eve did not disappoint!!! My thanks to Christine and David for their hard work and dedication and friendship and Anika for her welcoming presence and attention to every detail and Steve for his incredible food. Please do yourself a favor and visit St Eve you will not be disappointed.

Menu very different and varied, food was excellently prepared, service was polite and efficient (ecept had to flag down a staff member to fill empty wster classes), prices were reasonable and in line with other fine restaurants.
