Reservations will only be held for 10 minutes past the seating time, incomplete parties will not be seated, and can cause forfeiture of reservation. Parties arriving with more than specified number of guests may not be seated all together. Please notify the restaurant to any delays or cancelations.
Classics with a modern twist. Chef Mufeed Ali prepares exceptional steaks, seafood, and exquisite sides made with quality ingredients. General Manager Lauren Crowley assembled a first-class wine collection, as well as a pronounced selection of whiskies and local craft beer.
Outdoor patio seating may be available - warm attire is recommended.
Maximum 2 outside wine(s) per group. $25 corkage fee, $50 for magnum/large format.

My ribeye 16 oz. center cut steak was outstanding and very flavorful! The French onion soup was above average and very tasty as well. Wonderful dining experience for special occasions!

The food was horrible, my shrimp was old and tasted awful. The filet was still raw and was sent back. The creamed spinach was dry and flavorless. Never again will we eat there.

This was our second time dining at SR Prime and both times we had excellent service and food! It is quite a drive for us but completely worth it because so many high end $$$ restaurants don't compare!

Fantastic. Celebrating our nieces and her boyfriend’s birthdays. The service was outstanding, the food was fantastic and the ambiance was wonderful. The hostesses, our waiter, the servers, were all very attentive, providing great customer service and the experience was super. We will be back.

Disappointed considering the prices. Steak and baked potato were lukewarm at best… the butter in the potato didn’t melt nor did the garlic butter with the steak…service was excellent by way overpriced for the food we received!

Extra special thank you to Teresa, Lisa, & James F. and Chef for making us feel extra welcome and special on our anniversary!! The service at SR Prime was nothing short of exemplary. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, striking a perfect balance that made us feel both special and well-cared for. What truly set them apart was the personal touch in their service. Each staff member made an effort to connect with us, asking about the anniversary we were celebrating! We were promptly seated at a private booth and were shocked to find our table decorated with Happy Anniversary which made our night extra special!! The food was exceptional! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The chef’s passion for quality ingredients and innovative techniques shone through in every bite. Overall, Sky River’s SR Prime goes above and beyond in every aspect. It’s not just a meal; it's a culinary journey that leaves you feeling cherished and delighted. We cannot recommend it enough and already looking forward to the next visit. Five stars aren't enough to capture the excellence of SR Prime!! Thank you for coming to Elk Grove and maintaining high standards of excellence!!

The dinner was fantastic with an excellent server Christopher. Started out with the French onion soup and they’re new appetizer the occasion shrimp. The fillet and lobster excellent also had the Osso Buco, which is new fantastic.

The Tuesday night tableside dinner was outstanding. Caesar Salad with fresh dressing made at tableside, beef wellington perfectly cooked, and an amazing baked Alaska.

I love this restaurant. It has a great ambience it's just beautiful inside with the lighting and the big fireplace. The service is wonderful too everyone we have dealt with has been exceptional. And the food is great. This is my first choice for dinner.
