Squires Waterfront Restaurant is THE spot for a night out, a special occasion, or a casual hang with mates. Our menus marry unique modern Australian flavours, with inspiration from the legend himself, James Squire. Nestled on the Sydney Harbour, the waterfront views certainly enhance the ambiance of Squire's Waterfront Restaurant.

Bookings are available for the Restaurant. If you have 8 or more guests, a set menu and 10% gratuity apply. For non-exclusive parties of 8+ please enquire through our website. for our Brewhouse and Forecourt areas please contact our events team on 8014 5663

10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
All Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent at all times across the whole venue.

As a main tourist destination in Sydney, buses, trains and ferries all travel to Circular Quay. We're within close walking distance of the Circular Quay Station.

Reserve a table by the window with a view of the Opera House in our main dining room. Unfortunately we cannot reserve tables in the Tower Room in advance. The $25pp fee cannot be used towards food or beverages. We are located next to the overseas passenger terminal and have no control over cruise ship delays. To stay updated, check out the website link https://www.portauthoritynsw.com.au/cruise/cruise-schedule/. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If you cancel, reduce the size of your party, or change the date of your reservation within 24 hours, the $25pp fee will still apply in addition to our regular cancellation policy. Prices include transaction fees.

Private dining experience like no other, overlooking the Opera House for up to 10 guests. The PDR has a minimum spend of $1,000 to be used on food and beverage. Note that our Captains Plates Set Menu is required for all parties over 8 guests. An optional service charge of 10% will be applied to the final bill and paid on conclusion. We are within the overseas passenger terminal and have no control over cruise ship delays. It is a beautiful establishment with a great view of the opera, but many things are to be seen: - the reception of certain server is more than acceptable especially that of a blonde behind the bar bar is catastrophic. - Also I had duck served without accompaniment. - I ask for a glass of sweet wine I find myself with a glass of dry wine served in the pitcher. - we arrived at 9pm just arrived that you should already ordered.. once the dish is finished it was no longer possible to take a dessert.. Thank you to the French waiter for trying everything to have a glass of sweet wine but it was not possible. My experience is very disappointing.

Not nice to be rushed out, right after you have ordered your second bottle of wine, due to time constraints and being told it’s been stated under theit booking terms… How about your responsibility to remind me that we don’t have enough time to finish/enjoy our second bottle?

Amazing food, from entre to desert, it was just delicious. Perfect view and very friendly staff.

We were a party of 7 dining at Squires restaurant for lunch. The meal of duck for one of our group was very dry and tough. The waiter was very apologetic and offered to replace with another meal of duck. Unfortunately this was no better. The waiters were lovely but we found the drinks service very slow. The Prosecco lacks bubbles if ordering off tap. A wonderful location but check first if a cruise ship is in Port!

With stunning views across Sydney harbour, superb food and a lovely atmosphere, you couldnt find a better place to eat.

The waiting staff were exceptional and the views were amazing. Staff sang happy birthday to my ten old daughter and made her feel very special. Amazing team who complimented each other, the ambience, and the food.

Nice venue with awesome views. Service was definitely slow and we had to chase up drinks orders on a couple of occasions. Food was OK.

I was eager to dine at Squires Landing as I had received positive recommendations. However I was extremely disappointed by the experience. I wanted this dining experience to be very special as it was a surprise celebration for my partners birthday and our anniversary. The only surprise was that a huge Disney cruise ship that would be anchored for days obstructed the entire view. I firmly feel that the venue would have been aware of this and ought to have informed individuals who booked reservations. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive, however I cannot say it was the relaxing, picturesque experience that the website claims to offer.
