The best restaurant we have been to in Charlestown for a while. Menu was varied but the fish was outstanding. Service was very efficient,food was hot and cooked well. A great experience thank you all very kuch

Lovely food. Not cheap but is comparable to most local prices if not cheaper than some surrounding. the food is very high quality. The drink selection for beers and ciders is limited. Nice environment within the restaurant l, but when I visited it was a little warm (in the summer) but I’m sure this is a seasonal thing. Highly recommend the the pork belly and fish & chips.

Fantastic food, served with care. My dining companion had eaten at a famous fish restaurant on the north Cornish coast earlier this week, and said this was way better. Fish was cooked to perfection, and the sticky toffee pudding was a perfect finishing touch... you should sell that sauce to take away 😍. The service was attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. Great job all round and thanks for a memorable evening in a beautiful venue.

Really lovely meal. I had the sardines special and the mariniere chowder and had no regrets, it was outstanding. Great location and ambiance. We're booked to go again in a few days!

We both chose from the specials menu, so crab starters and white mullet main for me and cod for my husband. The crab starters were good with plenty of crab and the mains good, although mine, the mullet, whilst it said with garlic I felt there was too much garlic which overwhelmed the fish a bit. We shared a lovely panacotta for dessert.

A date night with my wife and I, superb food, came straight in to our booked table. Plenty of time to decide on our drinks, then Starters were amazing. The Calamari had just the right texture and the pork belly skewers were so soft and tender and the Cajun Mayo was really good. The main event was the Chowder. The Calabrese sauce on the Chowder was superb, it’s a shame it only came with one piece of bread but then the waiter looked at my forlorn look and came out with more bread to mop the sauce up with. My wife had the seared seabass special, crispy skin and beautifully tender meat with a cheeky little mint Salsa Verde that worked so well. Finished with two lovely desserts, a coffee and a limoncello that tastes like lemon meringue. The staff were attentive, the ambiance was nice and relaxed and the food was out of this world. I will be back for more of it!

Love the food, good portions, good atmosphere, all round lovely place to dine at. 2x drinks (beer and wine) 1 starter (crab and bread) and 2x mains (chowder) = £100 so a little expensive for a date night if just looking for a cheaper option. Otherwise we love coming here, probably the best romantic causal dining restaurants in Charlestown.

We managed to book a table here on Friday evening and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the service was excellent too. Would love to return in the future.
