Our server was great. He was always quick to clear the table and re-fill our waters.

Really disappointed this time around. Asked for a table on bar side. Given one on other side of restaurant right beside the door which was very cold. Food was cold, quality not same and items delayed in being served.

Selection of foods is not as great as at other sushi restaurants in Hamilton. Service overall was fair but we had to ask twice for items we had ordered before they were delivered. Server was very sullen and appeared almost angry. Finally the iPad method of ordering is purely for the restaurants connivence not for the consumer. Being a visual person I like to look at the food choices for myself which gets a little hard to do when four of you are trying to order things at the same time. Also add some sticky rice in lotus leaves to the menu.

Staff was pleasant and food was served very quickly. Food was mediocre and the table was dirty.

Food was great, but temperature in the building was far too cold. Bathroom toilet was extremely cold like sitting on ice.

Haven’t been to spring for lunch in a while and I have to say, both me and the person I was with left disappointed. The lunch menu is extremely limited compared to the dinner menu and a lot of the things we wanted weren’t available. They even only have one ice cream choice now and it’s whatever they choose for that specific day. I don’t think I would go there for lunch again.

Absolutely fabulous food. Quickly served and not a single disappointment in that huge variety of orders! Great value and an amazing dining experience. Love it
