We were there on a Sunday night at 6pm for a 9 year old’s birthday celebration with his parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. The restaurant was surprisingly very empty. Yet there were staff everywhere as if they were expecting a much larger crowd later on. Our service was truly lacking as I had to go find someone to take our order multiple times and then when our dessert came, all of our dinner dishes were just left on the table. No one came to clear it. The manager did play shuffle ball with the birthday boy, which was cute, and they put our family on the large screen and sprayed celebratory smoke into the room at dessert time - which was much appreciated and fun. Food was just OK - not terrible but nothing to run back for. It was most puzzling why no one was paying any attention to us when we were the only table in the restaurant and staff were everywhere. They could have hit this one out of the park so easily, but instead, they flopped. They were nice, but not attentive. 2-3 stars for that.

Made a reservation for a table of 6 a few days in advance, it was confirmed by the restaurant. They ended up seating my group in an awkward one-sided booth so no one could sit across from each other. We asked to be moved so we wouldn’t be seated last supper style but they were unable to do so.

The BBQ wings were filled with sauce, the pepperoni pizza had almost no flavour. The service took to long to come with first order and forgot one later on cocktail order. Forgot to bing the check, i had to go the balcony to ask 2 times. And for me the kinda of worst factor was that about the game. I went to watch the game 7 Nuggets vs Timberwolfs and every time there was a timeout a pause or an end of a quarter, they stop the sound of the game and put some music playing and when the game came back took almost everytime 1min to bring the sound of the game again. That´s a Sports bar, people go there to watch a game and that kinda ruins a little bit of the mood. Can´t hear comments of the coaches, can´t hear the commentators... It´s not cool. To stop the sound at half time it´s understandable other than that does not make sense in a big game. The place is very cool and with a lot of potencial but those things need some care.

My friends and I were disappointed. The menu that we saw online is different from what we were given in the restaurant. The food took a long time to come out.

Terrible service. Took a very long time to get served, orders were incomplete and missing. Also, no servers were coming around constantly and manager was just socializing

In the past, Sports & Social has been a really good sports bar - good service, well above average food and a great atmosphere. However, they were understaffed last night (NFL Draft nigh) leading to very slow service. Food was also below their standards. They could've had an off night so I'd try them again.
