Loaded nachos weren’t loaded and did not come out hot, had to ask to be remade, the waitress was nice but not attentive

I’ve been here since they just opened and the quality has diminished tremendously since then. I made a reservation 1 week prior and when I arrived, there were about 4 servers just hanging around the host booth and not one greeted me. Finally when the host acknowledge me, she asked to wait a couple minutes to get my table ready. I waited 25mins. Once we were taken to our table, it was outdoors which I request indoors. I went back to the hostess and told we didn’t request and outdoor seated. She told me there was no record of my request and that that was the only table available. Mind you there were plenty of tables available in the middle that could’ve easy accommodate us. I asked what time those reservations were for and they were 5-10mins after us and I know there is a grace period to hold reservations and this point the hostess still didn’t want to give us those. After much back and forth, the hostess asked to give her a couple MORE minutes. At this point we already 30mins past my reservation time. Finally we were seated and it took ANOTHER 10mins to get a server to come to our table. Once we were able to order, the food came out stale and cold. I am not sure I will be coming back here again which is a shame because I know how better this restaurants was and could still be

This was my first time patronizing, and I was excited to watch my game here. When I walked in it was extremely quiet and tennis was on every tv. I was shocked as the Friday night football game preshow was not on one TV nor WNBA. I spoke with an employee Chris and asked him to tell the manager. Meanwhile, I have yet to be addressed at the table I have been seated at and when Sam the manager came over, he did not sound concerned. As a matter of fact, I saw the transaction where Chris was advising him of my situation and pointed towards me and Sam thought it was funny before he finally came over to acknowledge my concern. After about 10 more minutes a waitress named Star finally came over and said she was training someone. I did not feel that info was necessary as the patron could care less especially when they are not being acknowledged. I shared my concern, and she continued to check on us after that. Overall, I was not impressed and not sure if I will return. the food was ok- fries good, wings ok - they were too big.

We won’t be back. Once was enough. POSITIVES FOOD – Great food. Kudos to the cook. We loved the shrimp tacos. TV – Many tvs. Including one GIANT tv featuring the game of the weekend (“college game day” football). NEGATIVES AUDIO – When properly set, the audio for the main screen was good but staff kept playing with the dials so the volume and ability to hear varied. Mainly because staff kept switching out between the game broadcast and some kind of hip hop (or something) sound. NOISE – A DJ playing hip hop (or whatever it was) at a sports bar? During the game no less? Seriously? For the most part, the DJ would switch to the game when play resumed. Although the bit of lag each time meant we would miss a bit of the broadcast each time. The DJ did NOT switch the audio back to the game for the final minutes. After watching for 2 plus hours, we were not able to hear the final 2 plus minutes. SMOKE – Periodically, the DJ blasted heavy clouds of incense and smoke into the dining area. Holy cannoli! We jumped out of our seats to escape the killer cloud that slowly but surely engulfed everything in its path. We could not see the TVs. Or anything else. Cue the Jaws soundtrack. The cloud kept moving and we kept moving until we found ourselves at the exit. Ok, thanks for the signal. Time to go! Get us out of here! PAYMENT – This is the only restaurant we have ever been to that presented the check on a handheld computer thing instead of paper with no ability to see and verify what we ordered and what each item cost. What we could see is a choice of tips, all skewing to the high side. All the while, the waiter is holding the thing and watching what we do. I gave a good tip only because the fails this day were on the restaurant and not on him. Any one of the reasons above is reason enough to never go back. BOTTOM LINE Not a sports bar.

If I’m paying 10 dollar for a beer at least fill it up all the way. I had to ask one of the waitress to fill it and all she did was put a metal spoon in the cup and stir it to make it look full. I was like wtf. So I asked a different employee to get me a different beer and it was full. Other than that I had a great time. Just being honest

We were there on a Sunday night at 6pm for a 9 year old’s birthday celebration with his parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. The restaurant was surprisingly very empty. Yet there were staff everywhere as if they were expecting a much larger crowd later on. Our service was truly lacking as I had to go find someone to take our order multiple times and then when our dessert came, all of our dinner dishes were just left on the table. No one came to clear it. The manager did play shuffle ball with the birthday boy, which was cute, and they put our family on the large screen and sprayed celebratory smoke into the room at dessert time - which was much appreciated and fun. Food was just OK - not terrible but nothing to run back for. It was most puzzling why no one was paying any attention to us when we were the only table in the restaurant and staff were everywhere. They could have hit this one out of the park so easily, but instead, they flopped. They were nice, but not attentive. 2-3 stars for that.

Made a reservation for a table of 6 a few days in advance, it was confirmed by the restaurant. They ended up seating my group in an awkward one-sided booth so no one could sit across from each other. We asked to be moved so we wouldn’t be seated last supper style but they were unable to do so.

The BBQ wings were filled with sauce, the pepperoni pizza had almost no flavour. The service took to long to come with first order and forgot one later on cocktail order. Forgot to bing the check, i had to go the balcony to ask 2 times. And for me the kinda of worst factor was that about the game. I went to watch the game 7 Nuggets vs Timberwolfs and every time there was a timeout a pause or an end of a quarter, they stop the sound of the game and put some music playing and when the game came back took almost everytime 1min to bring the sound of the game again. That´s a Sports bar, people go there to watch a game and that kinda ruins a little bit of the mood. Can´t hear comments of the coaches, can´t hear the commentators... It´s not cool. To stop the sound at half time it´s understandable other than that does not make sense in a big game. The place is very cool and with a lot of potencial but those things need some care.
