Spork is a seasonally ingredient driven restaurant. Our menus food, beer, wine and cocktails are developed and implemented, first and foremost, by what we are able to source at its peak. As a restaurant that prides itself on scratch preparation, taken to the extreme, we understand how reliant we are on the local farms, butchers, seafood houses and a few select distributors that we partner with to execute our vision. Our team includes a farmer, a published author, a baker, and a sommelier, in addition to the usual array of chefs, bartenders and service staff. To turn out our menus, we have on-premises, programs to: Bake all of our own breads (including in-house grain milling) - Extensively ferment and pickle vegetables - Grow and harvest a large percentage of our produce - Hand craft a full line of pastas - Smoke meats, vegetables - Produce a full range of pastries, ice creams and plated desserts.

From the crusty octopus to the sporkgarden salad and stuffed mushroom ravioli…and the bread and FREE samples that suddenly appeared - what a wonderful experience. And the staff was solicitous, friendly and prompt.

Everything was great. The food was excellent. The amuse bouches were delicious little surprises. The starters, entrees, and desserts were all excellent and either novel or executed at a high level. Highly recommended.

This was a terrific experience for my husband and I. The service was excellent, attentive but not overbearing and the waitstaff were all very knowledgeable about what they were serving. The meal was exceptional and so were the cocktails! Yes, it is a bit pricey but well worth it. We will be back!

We went for our anniversary and the restaurant gave us complimentary bread and a nice card which was very thoughtful. The cactus salad was very good and large enough to share as was the mushroom crostini. I love mushrooms so I loved that dish. The mushroom ravioli was very nice too. The other vegetarian entree was the tofu. The accompaniments were very tasty while the two tofu chunks were too large and needed the side sauces and chickpeas to give it some flavor. All in all a lovely dinner.

Our second visit and certainly not our last. Both experiences we've had at Spork have been wonderful. My partner raved that the osso bucco he had on our first trip was one of the best meals he's ever eaten; on this trip, the halibut (and conch pierogies!) were to die for. I really appreciate the revolving menu of non-alcoholic cocktails as a sober person—it's so nice to be able to drink something interesting instead of settling for water. Service is always excellent and the amuses between courses are always interesting and delicious. We love this place!

Enjoyed the food for the most part and the drinks were rather tasty and unique. We also enjoyed the ambiance and the selection of foods. Some of the dishes the central theme of the dish seemed overpowered by the other flavors but was overall enjoyable. The one true negative we had was with the waitstaff. Our waiter did seem quite impatient with us and we did catch her rolling her eyes and being overall curt when trying to be friendly and joking. My parents are from out of town visiting us and I felt we weren't treated the same as other patrons for this difference.

Our birthday dinner with my newly minted 21 year old was great, the food and the service were excellent. I would happily book again!
