Spork is a seasonally ingredient driven restaurant. Our menus food, beer, wine and cocktails are developed and implemented, first and foremost, by what we are able to source at its peak. As a restaurant that prides itself on scratch preparation, taken to the extreme, we understand how reliant we are on the local farms, butchers, seafood houses and a few select distributors that we partner with to execute our vision. Our team includes a farmer, a published author, a baker, and a sommelier, in addition to the usual array of chefs, bartenders and service staff. To turn out our menus, we have on-premises, programs to: Bake all of our own breads (including in-house grain milling) - Extensively ferment and pickle vegetables - Grow and harvest a large percentage of our produce - Hand craft a full line of pastas - Smoke meats, vegetables - Produce a full range of pastries, ice creams and plated desserts.

Food and service excellent. But it is too loud! Please hire an architect to muffle the sound. You have a great restaurant and we would love to enjoy the food in a peaceful calm setting. It is not good for older folks and we are the ones that spend money!! Thank you to the chef and staff.

We came here last year to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday it was so amazing I booked it again this year! It does not disappoint.

One of the best meals of my life. Just incredible. The scallop appetizer was perfect. The wagyu entree was so so good, each bite was close-your-eyes-and-savor-it good. The dessert medley was great. Our server was delightful.

Excellent service and well prepared and beautifully presented food and drink. The amuse bouche were such a wonderful touch and the cocktails were spectacular! What a special way to spend our anniversary ♥️

From the crusty octopus to the sporkgarden salad and stuffed mushroom ravioli…and the bread and FREE samples that suddenly appeared - what a wonderful experience. And the staff was solicitous, friendly and prompt.

Everything was great. The food was excellent. The amuse bouches were delicious little surprises. The starters, entrees, and desserts were all excellent and either novel or executed at a high level. Highly recommended.

This was a terrific experience for my husband and I. The service was excellent, attentive but not overbearing and the waitstaff were all very knowledgeable about what they were serving. The meal was exceptional and so were the cocktails! Yes, it is a bit pricey but well worth it. We will be back!
