Nestled into The Olsen hotel on Chapel Street, Spoonbill celebrates Australia’s regional produce. As our seasons change so too does our menu, ensuring the freshest of fare for flocks and grazers alike. This focus has helped boost Spoonbill to become one of the leading restaurants in South Yarra.

Spoonbill’s menu offers a multi-faceted paddock to plate experience. Highlighting the origin, delivery and special characteristics of the food, Spoonbill will leave visitors with an enlightened mind and satisfied belly.
Designed by Grant Amon Architects, Spoonbill; is one of the most unique restaurants in South Yarra with its combination of new and recycled pieces.

Had a lovely lunch at Spoonbill with members of my team. The service was outstanding. The food was really good. Great place for a catch up with friends.
