Service was excellent, large portions, however quality of some of the dishes did not match the prices. Drinks were fun and excellent, spinach artichoke dip appetizer delicious and salmon was very good. Calamari was chewy. Would go back for drinks and burgers, but not the higher priced steak dinners.

The staff was excellent. Kind, courteous and efficient. The food was very good, and everyone enjoyed themselves. My biggest issue was the tip process. I did not read the instructions closely enough, so that is my fault, but I take exception to the fact that the tip percentage I checked on my bill was also applied to the tax amount. Why would I provide a tip on tax? That was a reason for my reduced rating. I felt that was not appropriate. That being said I would still recommend this restaurant, but I would be aware of the tip process.

Our meal was amazing but our waiter was MIA. We never saw him again once our order was placed. Water was never refilled and we had to get someone’s attention for bread. We saw him when he brought our tab.

Food was Great as always! Service was very good, My drink was the Best Singapore Sling. Had a great talk with Demetri all together a Great evening.

Spirit (the owner) has been keeping customers happy since he opened Sea Basin many years ago. He knows what he’s doing. Everything was amazing and no rush

Our food was not good at all! My oysters Rockefeller were burnt. My lychee martini tasted like blueberry cotton candy. My main course was short ribs in a light horseradish sauce but came out with some tangy orange sauce. It wasn’t tasty! I was told by a bus boy that the food was getting messed up because they were busy!! They were a little less than 1/2 full ! We were there at 5:50 pm on a Saturday. I looked so forward to this place as many have recommended it. It was my birthday dinner and it was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Alexis was truly a gem. So friendly and pleasant and the food was superb. I actually called today to find out how long they had a special menu that we ordered from and sadly it is ending soon. We were looking forward to returning next week for that menu. We loved everything.

Had reservations and arrived a little early and was seated immediately. Cocktails were very good, appetizers were outstanding, beet and goat cheese salad, and mussels. Main entrees were outstanding, shrimp and stuffed lobster tail, and ribeye. Overall another great meal at Spiro’s.

We decided to sit on the deck and take advantage of the Spiros 13 anniversary two course meal special for $55 per person. The deck was a nice setting, although the chairs at the table were not too comfortable after awhile. My wife and I ordered drinks while waiting for our friend to arrive. She ordered a drink soon after her arrival and waited 30-40 minutes for it. Food order was taken at the time of the drink order, and it took an hour for an appetizer. We were already on our second round of drinks. And we were all extremely hungry and expressed our displeasure at the wait. The server got us bread while waiting for the appetizer which took more time. The server did tell us our first round of drinks were on the house. I was presented with the wrong appetizer. When the meals finally arrived, the broiled lobsters were over done, and I had the short ribs which were dry and tasteless. We decided just to take the meals home after eating very little. We all had chocolate martinis to end the meal. That was the best part. We don’t get the opportunity to dine there too often. This actually was our first bad experience over the years, we usually enjoy all aspects of our dining experience.
